Show foreign language labels in Stata

If you have a dataset with labels written in foreign languages like Chinese, Korean, or Hebrew, you may be able to show the labels on a Windows' machine which you have an administrator privilege. Follow the procedure below.

1. Set Windows' language in the language you want to show
2. open the data in Stata
